| DuroLast 50 mil PVC membrane was installed over the existing built up roof system using ½” EPS fanfold insulation to separate the two systems.
The parapet walls were encapsulated with the 50 mil membrane and a terminated with a two piece Kynar coated flashing system. All sight screen supports were flashed using pre-fabricated boots heat welded to the field membrane.
The 21,600 sq ft roof system was completed in November 2004.
